Knot and link Floer homology, invariant of knots and links, have been effectively used to answer numerous questions in low dimensional topology in the last two decades. In this talk, we will discuss some information about the knot/link one can gather from just staring at the knot/link Floer homology of a link, and see an example of how to use them!
